Description
Pale ruby to pale purple, the wine is visually enticing. On the nose, the wine is more fruity than earthy, with red fruit aromas of raspberry, strawberry and hints blackcurrant pastilles, followed by lingering rose petal. Pleasant, dry, acidic entry on the palate with lots of sour cherry and raspberries and a fine tannin structure. With a spiciness of black pepper and tea leaves, this dry, medium bodied wine will continue to be enjoyed for the next 5 to 8 years.
Food Pairing
This wine will pair perfectly with Duck Breast in a cherry sauce or a pink Lamb roast.
