Description
The colour is a clear, ruby-red wine with violet highlights. Its vinous bouquet is fruity, very intense and rather attractive and persistent. Nicely dry, well-balanced and velvety, with clear flavours of black cherry and liquorice, subtle overtones of prune and black pepper and a pleasant, light aftertaste of almonds.
Food Pairing
Fontanafredda Dolcetto is a fine match for hot antipasti, pasta, vegetables and not overly-elaborate meat dishes.
