Domaine Michel Bouzereau
The Bouzereau family has been living in Meursault for seven generations to cultivate vines there. Over the years and thanks to his work, Michel enlarged the vineyard inherited from his father. Jean-Baptiste, his son, joined him on the estate twenty years later: he learned the trade at his side for ten years and together they acquired some prestigious plots. In 1999, Michel left it to Jean-Baptiste to manage the family property of 10.5 hectares with the same passion. In 2008, always keen to improve the quality of the wines, he decided to build a new structure and, since the 2009 harvest, the entire farm is located at 5, rue Robert Thénard, still in the center of the village of Meursault.
Description
"This is more floral still with its aromas cool hazelnut and white peach. The energetic and nicely voluminous medium-bodied flavors are more refined while offer better depth on the markedly dry but not really austere and chiseled finale. Les Grands Charrons typically drinks well young, and this version should be no exception." Burghound
Food Pairing
Pairs well with roast chicken, seafood, shellfish, salads
