Description
Garnet colour with purple tints. The nose is discret at a first glance offering dark fruits notes, ashes and undergrowth. On the palate, the structure is firm and integrated. Tannins play their lovely game. We catch back on the dark fruits perfumes. Powerful and long aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Our Vosne-Romanée 2014 will perfectly pair with coq au vin, roasted quails with morels, pheasant with its seasonal veggies as well as cheeses: Salers, Beaufort or Selles-sur-Cher.
