Description
Very beautiful deep ruby color. The nose is very fine with notes of small red fruits (currant) but also graphite notes. The mouth is fruity and greedy with a melted tannic structure. Beautiful length on the fruit.

Will perfectly match with red meats, game birds as pheasant or partridge, veal rolls as well as raw milk cheeses.
