Blend of Grenache, Syrah from plot no. 23 and Mourvèdre from plot no. 18. The vineyard is planted on a mixture of red-brown clays and silvery shales on the foothills of Cape Bénat.

Aged on lees in 600 litres and 2500 litres casks for 12 months.

Manual harvest by successive sorting. Vatting with whole grapes and punching down. Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts, malolactic fermentation.

In Bormes les Mimosas, on the Mediterranean coast, Château Malherbe is a 60-hectare property, composed of two unique and preserved terroirs: Malherbe on the foothills of Cap Bénat and Pointe du Diable on the sea front (28 hectares). Here, on the grounds of the former farm of the fort of Brégançon, the Ferrari family , has been cultivating the vine for four generations. We produce fine AOC Côte De Provence and Vin De France wines in biodynamic viticulture .The permanent quest for excellence and rarity is our reality.
