Aperitifs, Fish, Cheese, White meat.

A mix of our 50 year old grape varieties located on the upper slopes : Semillon and Rolle. Mixture of reddish-brown clay and silver shale on the heights of Cap Bénat.

Aged on lees in 600 litres and 2500 litres casks for 10 months, and partially in stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs.

Hand-picked and whole-bunch harvest. Delicate pressing. Fermentation with natural yeasts. Malolactic fermentation for digestibility.

In Bormes les Mimosas, on the Mediterranean coast, Château Malherbe is a 60-hectare property, composed of two unique and preserved terroirs: Malherbe on the foothills of Cap Bénat and Pointe du Diable on the sea front (28 hectares). Here, on the grounds of the former farm of the fort of Brégançon, the Ferrari family , has been cultivating the vine for four generations. We produce fine AOC Côte De Provence and Vin De France wines in biodynamic viticulture .The permanent quest for excellence and rarity is our reality.
