Description
Il Principe 2022 reveals a brilliant garnet red colour with aromas of violet, sour cherries, plums and fine spices, complemented by subtle dried meat and cold smoke nuances. On the palate it presents structured yet harmonious flavours of red fruits, gentle spice, well‑integrated fine tannins and a long, round finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with pasta ragu, turkey dishes, light red meats, grilled poultry, risotto, and medium-aged cheeses.
