Description
An expressive and explosive cool climate Sauvignon Blanc from Upper Hemel-en-Aarde vineyards. Pale yellow with a lime green tinge. Honeysuckle and bell peppers dominate the nose, while more structured flavours of green fig and ripe pear dance on the palate. A powerful Sauvignon Blanc with big developing flavours. Serve chilled.
