Description
The delicate, light cherry blossom pink colour is one of its distinctive features. Vibrant bouquet with bursts of red fruit, red currant watermelon and rose petal aromas. These fruity aromas and floral notes give the wine an elegant and refined quality making it a pleasure to smell even before taking a sip. The spicy undertones further adding to the complexity of the aromas. It is fresh and well balanced with clean acidity that demands a second glass.
Food Pairing
This sophisticated, Provence styled rosé is a classic pairing with crayfish, prawns and other seafood. Enjoy with a creamy chevre cheese or summer picnic basket. A beautiful outdoor wine.
