We are a small family wine business focussed on creating the most terroir-specific wines, predominantly from certified heritage vineyards. Description
This wine showcases its sense of place beautifully and shows respect to Carignan as the grape variety. This wine resembles ample black fruit, slight dried meats and great spiciness with black pepper being a standout as well as some cloves. The elegance of texture showcased by a velvety feel and beautiful fresh acid.
