Description
Colour: A soft pink reminiscent of the colour of rosehip petals. Bouquet: Floral and delicately fruity, with hints of apple, pear and small red fruits. Taste: Dry, harmonious, persistent and pleasantly fruity.

An alternative aperitif, it goes very well with pasta and fish dishes, particularly with tuna or sea bass tartare.
