Description
Colour: Pale yellow with glistening pearls of light bursting with each bubble. Bouquet: Characteristic floral scent of Broom and Acacia with a hint of Balsamic and citrus coming through. Taste: A fresh flavour, with good structure and under tones of Litchi embodies this wine. Excellent minerality with a satisfying texture to finish it off.
Food Pairing
Excellent at the end of the meal, with dry pastries or even ice-cream! This wine goes well with most fruit based deserts, and pairs well with a cheese board too.
