Description
Light to medium gold, this Chardonnay is opulent and aromatic, offering a layered nose of dried stone fruit, exotic sweet oak spice, lemon zest, and earthy mineral depth. Each element contributes to its complex and enticing bouquet. The palate is rich in texture yet remarkably elegant, showcasing luxurious density and extraordinary concentration. A vibrant acidity brings balance, while the tight chalky structure integrates seamlessly with the oak. Flavours of dried peach and persimmon take centre stage, accented by almond and a twist of naartjie citrus peel. The finish is immensely persistent, lingering long after the final sip.
