Description
Light Purple Garnet. An elegant, savoury, white pepper spiced nose with a touch of purple flower perfume, origanum and leather to the mulberry and black cherry. Elegant spice and concentration, delivered with dense, powdery tannins. The palate is tight and intricately structured. Layers of flavour unfold to reveal core of sweet red fruits – raspberries and red cherries with a slight herbal origanum edge to the finish. A wine of finesse with cool sophistication and a creamy texture.

High tannin wines like Shiraz pair well with fattier cuts of meat and cheeses, grilled and umami flavours as well as leafy vegetables with low tannin.
