Description
Beautifully perfumed and umami nose with deep purple violets, blackberries, fynbos and a twist of black peppercorn spice. Generous yet elegant, with leathery tannins and warm spice. The palate is layered with rich, intense and plush flavours of dark berries with fresh herbal notes – the quintessence of the variety.

High tannin wines like Shiraz pair well with fattier cuts of meat and cheeses, grilled and umami flavours as well as leafy vegetables with low tannin.
