The Mira Sauvignon Blanc

The grapes come exclusively from the estate’s highest-altitude vineyards on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains (400–620 m elevation), approximately 9 km from False Bay. The cool morning breezes and decomposed-granite soils contribute to the grape’s natural acidity and pronounced minerality.

No oak ageing; the wine is matured solely in stainless steel, preserving its vibrant fruit character and crisp acidity.
