Description
Entices on the nose with lively summery aromas of green apple and guava followed by lingering notes of minerality. Elegant and refreshing on the palate, overflowing with tropical papaya, green melon, naartjie and a twist of lime. This wine shows linear acidity, with lovely length and flinty minerality that lingers to the finish.
Food Pairing
Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with briny, sour cheeses such as Goat's milk cheese, yogurt and Crème fraîche. It is also well matched with white meats such as chicken, salmon, sea bass and crab.
