Description
Colour: Pale straw. Nose: The first impression is one of pure and exquisite elegance. Zesty citrus and orange blossom on the nose, with cashew nuttiness and a touch of lime. Palate: Chalky and mineral on the palate, exuding elegance and finesse. Beautifully layered with freshness and complexity of flavour with succulent white peach, persimmon and quince which mingle to the finish with zesty tangerine.
Food Pairing
Chardonnay pairs well with oily, flaky fish, chicken breast and soft or semi soft cheeses.
