Description
Colour: Clear. Nose: Tropical kiwi, green melon and white pear with abundant blackcurrant on the nose. The bouquet is enticingly floral with aromas of purple flowers and rose petals, together with a twist of lime and subtle orange rind. Palate: Pure perfection in a glass. The palate is chiselled, tense and chalky, with elegant texture, limey acidity and a seamless finish. The finish expresses aromas of green guava with lemony notes
Food Pairing
Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with briny, sour cheeses such as Goat's milk cheese, yogurt and Crème fraîche. It is also well matched with white meats such as chicken, salmon, sea bass and crab.
