Description
Colour: Clear. Nose: A wine of elegance with laser focused minerality and seashell salinity. Beautifully pure aromas of white lily and freshly picked rose petals hinting at white chocolate ganache, mingle together with some green melon and riverstone. Palate: The palate is an exercise in ethereal minerality with perfect fruit weight, depth and texture. Tropical papaya with a firm spine of expressive zesty acidity entices amid a chalky structure through to the seamless mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with briny, sour cheeses such as Goat's milk cheese, yogurt and Crème fraîche. It is also well matched with white meats such as chicken, salmon, sea bass and crab.
