Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with briny, sour cheeses such as Goat's milk cheese, yogurt and Crème fraîche. It is also well matched with white meats such as chicken, salmon, sea bass and crab.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from our high lying Sauvignon Blanc vineyards situated at 620 metres above sea level. The exceptional delicate flavours of select parcels deemed them worthy of being released as Sing-a-Wing Sauvignon Blanc.
