Description
Colour: Light gold. Nose: The immediate impression on the nose is one of elegance. The aromatics build intrigue with a laser-focused and complex bouquet of orange blossom, quince, nutty macadamia and a twist of lime. Palate: Seamlessly integrated with profound purity of fruit that builds from a tight, chalky, and beautifully textured core of Granny Smith apple to orange blossom and delicately candied lemon peel. All this succulent fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and nuanced by a riverstone mineral tension followed by a host of white floral notes, savoury almond and oyster shell minerality. The perfect wine, imbued with delicate richness and seamless quality from exceptional sites, coaxed to limitless potential.
