Description
Colour: Light gold. Nose: Elegantly fruit forward and complex on the nose with fragrant lime zest and heavenly white peach with exotic toasted nuttiness, some delicate flint and chalkiness. Palate: A wine that is in essence seamless with superior mineral tension. There is chiseled elegance, balanced acidity, a dry chalky mid palate structure, and incredible finesse. The combination of youthful tangerine fruit and ample salinity enliven the palate with luscious freshness. The superbly integrated oak carries this wine to an everlasting lime sherbert finish.

Chardonnay pairs well with oily, flaky fish, chicken breast and soft or semi soft cheeses.
