Description
Colour: Light Bright Red. Nose: Intense floral bouquet with scents of wild jasmine, musk and rose petals which mingle together with red cherry. Charcuterie-like notes add a savoury presence to the perfume. Palate: Freshly dried herbs with mineral and white pepper notes bringing depth and concentration to the crushed raspberry and cherry characters. The well-balanced structure with chalky tannins, delivers a dry finish.
Food Pairing
Bolder, warm climate Syrah pairs well with strongly flavoured foods. Slow roasted pork or steak with a blue cheese sauce pair well with full- bodied red wines.
