Description
Colour: Green Straw. Nose: Poised and refined, displaying notes of jasmine, white pear, orange blossom with delicate earthiness and a hint of almond on the nose. Palate: The palate is clean, crisp and beautifully linear in structure with zesty citrus driven flavours of lemon and lime with some quince. Focused with impressive palate length and a soft, creamy finish showing a lightly toasted flair.

Chardonnay pairs well with oily, flaky fish, chicken breast and soft or semi soft cheeses.
