Stellenrust is a Stellenbosch producer working with nearly 400 hectares of vineyards across the Helderberg and Bottelary Hills. Known for Chenin Blanc and a broad range of South African wines, the estate focuses on matching varieties to site and capturing the character of Stellenbosch’s diverse soils and slopes.
Description
Offers complex aromas of citrus, pear, peach and apricot with a hint of reduction. The palate is intense and rich with deep fruit tones, a touch of oxidation, and savoury minerality. Long finish, with some smokiness and structure from old vine concentration.

This Chenin will compliment an array of dishes: from orange infused duck confit to lemon infused Norwegian salmon on a bed of creamed spinach and potato puree.
