Description
This Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon-green in color, offering bright, fresh aromas with an invigorating sea-breeze character. On the nose, you'll find gooseberry and kiwi fruit alongside herbal notes of blackcurrant leaf. The palate delivers refreshing hints of lemongrass and finishes with a distinctive saline quality.
Food Pairing
It pairs wonderfully with seafood like lemon butter-fried scallops or ceviche, and also complements richer dishes such as leek and white mushroom soup with Gorgonzola.
