Description
The 2020 vintage stood out for its elegance. This wine is made in a much lighter style than most commercial Pinotage, but we believe the brightness and freshness of this wine truly represent the wonderful site on which the vineyard is planted. Earlier picking and gentle handling in the cellar allow the fruit to truly shine. The colour is bright red and on the nose, you will find loads of red cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and blossoms, balanced by a faint whiff of damp soil. The beautiful fruit on the nose carries through to a palate that is elegant, with finely grained tannins. The finish is pleasantly dry, without being astringent.

Enjoyed with game meat, curry dishes, or with a creamy wild mushroom risotto.
