Lighthearted Low-Alcohol Cinsault Rosé

The Cinsault grapes were picked at 23° Balling to retain freshness. 30% of the wine was de-alcoholised mid-fermentation to reduce alcohol content. No lees contact was used after fermentation.

Grapes were harvested from a 29-year-old bush vine vineyard in the Paarl region under dryland conditions. The 2024 vintage began two weeks early due to adverse wind conditions in late November and early December, which reduced yields. Elevated temperatures in early February led to an early harvest, though quality remained high.

No oak or lees contact — this wine was not aged on lees and is designed for freshness and fruit clarity.
