Chenin Blanc Steen Op Hout

Fried or grilled fish, seafood, roast chicken, creamy vegetable dishes or mild curries.

Sourced from Stellenbosch, with fruit picked to preserve freshness and natural acidity.

Matured for around 9 months on lees in a combination of neutral oak, foudres and tank.

Approximately one third of the wine was fermented in neutral French oak and 1500L foudres, with the balance handled in stainless steel. The wine remained on lees during maturation.
