Colour: The wine displays a rich golden hue. Nose: Intense aromas of dried apricots, quince jelly, arrange blossom and ginger spice emanate from the glass. Palate: The entry onto the palate is intense mirroring the characters on the nose, the mid-palate is full and rich with a creamy texture. This all leads to a finish which is surprisingly fresh and intensely spicey. The wine has a perfect balanced between acidity, alcohol and sugar.
