Chapters Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc

Colour: This wine displays a brilliant light-yellow straw colour. Nose: Fragrant cut grass, lemongrass, cape gooseberry, green fig and passionfruit aromas emanate from the glass underpinned by hints of dry straw and toasted almonds. Palate: There is a great intensity on the entry of the palate with flavours of dried pear, guava and lemongrass on the mid-palate with hints of toasted almonds and a velvety creaminess. This all leads to a textured pithy finish with a stunning length and a freshness reminiscent of oyster shell.
