Description
The Meerlust Merlot 2021 is characterized by a deep ruby red color. It presents classic Merlot aromas of ripe black plum, dark cherry, and dried herbs, underpinned by notes of mocha and oak spice. On the palate, it is generous yet maintains a delicate finish, showcasing complex flavors of cherry tobacco complemented by fine acidity. This vintage is noted for its balance, intensity, and fruit purity, indicative of the favorable growing conditions of 2021.
