This wine pairs best with quite strong and sophisticated dishes, such as boeuf bourguignon, leg of lamb and most matured cheeses, except for blue cheese.

The soil is deep. The vineyards are very windy which helps produce good quality wines.

Matured in oak barrels for 18-20 months.

This premier cru is vinified in open vats during 3 to 4 weeks in order to obtain the right expression of the terroir.
