Description
"The 2013 Corton-Pougets Grand Cru (under the Domaine des Heritiers Jadot label) has a slightly high-toned, quite opulent bouquet with kirsch, cassis and raspberry preserve scents that gradually calm down in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine line of acidity and a slightly "blocky" finish." WA
Food Pairing
Will complement roast meat with a highly-seasoned sauce, game and most cheeses.
