Description
Very nice dark ruby colour with an open and attractive nose, rather classic but simultaneously complex and "unusual". Well balanced in the mouth with soft tannins, nice rythm and typical Côte de Nuits architecture. Very lively aromas with nice mineralilty.
Food Pairing
This wine will match very well with filet-Mignon, tournedos steak, as well as small game and many types of cheeses.
