12 Months in 65% French & 35 % American oak Barrels. The new oak component is 32%, the second fill is 40%, and the rest of 3rd fill.

Specially selected grapes from different vineyard blocks on the farm were harvested at 24.5°C, destemmed and transferred to open fermentation tanks. After the addition of selected yeasts, the juice, together with the skins, were allowed to ferment at controlled temperatures of 25°- 28°C.

Five generations of passionate winemakers have contributed to making Landskroon one of Paarl’s leading wine brands. The current cellarmaster, Paul de Villiers, proudly continues this heritage as the 5th generation of the family at Landskroon. Paul runs the estate with his brother, Hugo, and cousins, Madelief and Huguette.
