The vineyards are situated on the upper slopes of the Constantia Valley, influenced by cooling south-easterly ocean breezes from False Bay. Soils are predominantly decomposed granite with excellent drainage, contributing to low vigour and high flavour concentration. Careful canopy management and selective harvesting are used to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

The wine is matured in stainless steel on fine lees for a short period prior to bottling to enhance texture while maintaining freshness and aromatic lift.

Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to retain varietal purity. The winemaking approach is reductive and precise, focusing on freshness, clarity and site expression. Selected parcels may be handled separately before final blending.
