Description
Klein Constantia MCC Brut 2021 displays a refined and elegant sparkling style with aromas of citrus zest, green apple and white peach, layered with subtle notes of brioche and biscuit from extended lees ageing. The palate is crisp and precise, with fine, persistent mousse, bright acidity and a dry, focused finish that highlights freshness and balance.
Food Pairing
Well suited to oysters, sashimi, smoked salmon, seafood canapés and lightly fried dishes. Its crisp acidity and fine mousse also make it an excellent aperitif.
