Our decision to convert to biodynamic viticulture in 2006 was based on the goal of making our vineyards successively more resilient, more vital, and more heterogeneous.
Description
Light in colour, led out by lifted sour, fresh red fruit and wet earth. Gentle and fresh on the palate with a little savoury character on the finish, and easy undertow of acidity.

This wine will pair beautifully with roasted game birds, duck dishes, or pork dishes with mushrooms or black truffle sauce.
