Haute Cabriere
Our wines are made using two noble cultivars, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The structure of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Chardonnay bring balance to our wines and a freshness to our Méthode Cap Classique. Our Méthode Cap Classique and related wines are produced under Pierre Jourdan, the name of the French Huguenot to whom the farm was granted in 1694. Our still wines are produced under the name of Haute Cabrière, paying tribute to Pierre Jourdan’s home town in France.

A blend of Chardonnay vineyards, coming together and expressing lychee and citrus on the nose with lime and pear on the palate. Well-balanced acidity adds freshness and complexity
