Haute Cabriere
Our wines are made using two noble cultivars, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The structure of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Chardonnay bring balance to our wines and a freshness to our Méthode Cap Classique. Our Méthode Cap Classique and related wines are produced under Pierre Jourdan, the name of the French Huguenot to whom the farm was granted in 1694. Our still wines are produced under the name of Haute Cabrière, paying tribute to Pierre Jourdan’s home town in France.
Description
Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2025 is an elegant, fresh blend that combines the structure of Chardonnay with the delicacy of Pinot Noir. Aromas reveal citrus zest, pear and subtle red apple, complemented by hints of strawberry and a faint floral note. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, showing bright acidity, fine texture and a clean, refreshing finish with understated complexity.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with seafood, smoked salmon, light poultry dishes, salads and Mediterranean cuisine. Its crisp acidity and delicate fruit profile also make it suitable as an aperitif.
