Description
The 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé presents with a light salmon pink colour and a pronounced, aromatic nose that reflects the youthful character of our young Pinot Noir vineyards. The nose is fruit-driven, displaying white fruits such as lychee and pear, complemented by stone fruits including nectarine and soft apricot. Underlying layers of flinty minerality and delicate white floral notes reminiscent of frangipani build complexity. The fruit sweetness evident on the nose gives way to a more mineral-driven profile on the palate, where flinty minerality is pronounced alongside citrus-like fruits. The wine shows good body, providing balance to the acidity, and finishes with a salivating, refreshing character that invites the next sip.
Food Pairing
This vibrant and refreshing rosé would pair beautifully with dishes such as seared tuna, salmon sashimi, goat’s cheese salads, lightly spiced Asian cuisine, or fresh seafood platters. Its citrus-driven palate and salivating finish make it particularly suitable for Mediterranean fare and summer appetisers.
