Description
Pale ruby colour with textbook Pinot noir aromas of macerated strawberries, undergrowth, dried herbs and forest floor. The palate is gentle with all the flavours following through, luscious berries with touches of moccachino, and a sprinkling of spice on the farewell. Velvety texture, but very light-footed, very laid back.
Food Pairing
Juicy, soft tannins and a clean, racy acidity make this the finest partner for rich terrines or pates as well as crispy, seared duck.
