"From Devon Valley. 100% whole-bunch fermented in stainless steel before 10 months of maturation in concrete tanks. Gorgeous aromatics of violets, lavender, a hint of fynbos, black berries and pepper. Dense fruit, fresh acidity and powdery, tightly packed tannins. Succulent, vital, emphatically dry on the finish. Everything comes together beautifully in this vintage. Alc: 13.34%." CE

Craven

Craven Wines is all about exploring the vast array of unique sites in the coastal region of South Africa known as Stellenbosch. Created by Mick and Jeanine Craven in 2012 with a few barrels of Pinot Noir from her family vineyards, it has grown to encompass wines from further afield in the Stellenbosch landscape. Although growing up on different sides of the Indian Ocean and having spent many years learning around the world, all roads eventually led back to the tip of Africa. Both drawn in by the great vineyard sites, culture and energy of the Cape Winelands. The aim is to make honest, pure wines from single sites with attentive intervention.
