Constantia Royale
Constantia Royale is a limited production Sauvignon Blanc made from grapes grown on the 17 hectare, family-owned farm of Nova Zonnestraal in the beautiful Constantia Valley. It is said that Sauvignon Blanc vines should be able to see the ocean. With this in mind, the vineyards at Nova Zonnestraal were planted with a good view of Cape Hangklip from the western slope and False Bay from the eastern.
Description
A vibrant and elegant white blend, showcasing fresh lime and elderflower aromas, tinged with herbal-grassy accents and a crisp, mineral-laced finish. The palate is bright and clean, balancing tropical fruit ripeness with zesty acidity—a poised, refreshing expression of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
