Champagne Vazart-Coquart
Since 1954, Domaine Vazart-Coquart has been producing elegant and rich Champagnes. The terroir of Chouilly, Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, hosts our 30 plots of vines. On the 11 hectares that we cultivate, Chardonnay is the majority, and a few ares of Pinot Noir complete this grape variety.
Description
Colour: Pale, delicate yellow with green reflections/very fine perlage. Nose: The 2016 Grand Bouquet Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut shows itself ripe, juicy and with a beautiful bouquet of ripe quince, vineyard peach, orange flesh, orange zest, camomile, oyster shell and dried pastries. Palate: The palate is also juicy and beguiling, with a salty trace and fine carbonic acid. A champagne that transports you directly to the sea with its finesse and intensity, so intense is its salty-mineral impression. Crystalline, crystal clear - a real discovery and a fantastic food companion at a very good price-value ratio!
