Champagne Brimoncourt
The Champagne terroir is unique. Its northerly location, harsh weather conditions, sloping landscape and the specificities of the subsoil define this multifaceted terroir. The art of assemblage, when it comes to Champagne, is to orchestrate each parcel, each village and each contrast in order to emphasise its unique nature. A strong believer of this statement, Brimoncourt took the time to build up slowly the relations that are absolutely essential to the implementation of a sustainable and qualitative procurement strategy. This relationship of trust with players in both business and vineyard sectors is the cornerstone of our strategy. With its careful supply selection method, Brimoncourt encourages integrated viticulture throughout the vine growing cycle: soil and vine nutrition, biodiversity preservation, balance of the vine and strengthening of its natural defenses. We can meet this requirement thanks to our slow-building development. Indeed, volume and accelerated growth play no part in our development strategy.
Description
Generous, fresh and subtle, the Brimoncourt Blanc de Blancs is a very fine wine full and elegant. This champagne is exclusively made of Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs, reaching a superbly fresh and generous structure. Eye: A well balanced Champagne, supple and generous made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This wine of exceptional elegance has a very light yellow colour with golden glimmers. Noise: The typical nose opens on notes of brioche and fruits with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn and acacia). Palate: The palate is fleshy, smooth, enveloped by the freshness of citrus notes, lemon and grapefruit zest. A remarkable sweetness and a lingering mineral finish invite to prolong the pleasure.
Food Pairing
A cuvée of excellence to enjoy during a lunch or dinner. To pair with seafood to underline its mineral and saline features. For more spontaneity, the Brimoncourt Blanc de blancs goes perfectly well with sushis or sashimis.
