Our single vineyard Fijnbosch Chardonnay 2020, made from the oldest block on the farm, exudes the hallmark tangerine citrus notes that have become synonymous with this property. Aromas of gunflint and a tinge of fresh vanilla pod greet the nose while a rich umami quality creates a savoury layer that enhances the fruit-forward profile on the palate. There is an impressive balance between intensity and elegance that highlights the wine's cohesive character and supports its generous texture.
